Rep. James Moylan Is Concerned About the Increase in Unauthorized Chinese Immigration to Guam:Rep. James Moylan of Guam has sent out a severe warning, claiming that there is a growing “infiltration” of Chinese illegal migrants into the territory. During an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Moylan revealed his urgent request for help from the Biden administration to deal with this matter. He underlined how crucial it is to keep Guam safe, saying that doing so will help the US in its efforts to dissuade the Chinese Communist Party.

Website of Pennsylvania Courts Is the Target of Cyberattack:

Officials have confirmed that there is currently no access to certain parts of the Pennsylvania Courts website because of a hack. The attack, which is classified as a denial of service attack by the US cybersecurity agency, involves flooding the website with network traffic in an attempt to block access by authorized users. The Guardianship Tracking System, PACFile, online docket sheets, and PAePay are among the court web services that are impacted.

Courts Remain Open, No Breach Found:

Officials guarantee that all courts are operating and that there is no sign of any court data being accessed despite the cyberattack. Files may be submitted in person or by mail to the Pennsylvania Appellate Court, Guardianship Tracking System, and Web Dockets/court summary filing offices. Payments for PAePay can still be done by mail, in person, or by getting in touch with the court office.
