Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned that Ukraine will not recognize any peace agreement between the US and Russia if Kyiv is excluded from negotiations. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Saudi Arabia to meet Russian officials, including Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who reiterated Moscow’s refusal to cede seized Ukrainian territories. The talks aim to pave the way for a potential summit between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump. Zelensky’s firm stance underscores Ukraine’s determination to play a central role in resolving the conflict, as the war-torn nation continues to resist Russian aggression.
