Andy Stone, a Meta spokesperson, clarified to Fox News Digital that the suspension was a mistake, and the account was soon reinstated.

After the incident, Smith & Wesson took to X to thank Elon Musk and the platform for their commitment to free speech and Second Amendment rights. The company criticized Meta’s enforcement of its policies and commended X’s approach to supporting constitutional freedoms.
