The promising Dutch player Jurrien Timber has not spent any time in declaring his intention to rejoin Arsenal’s first squad following his impressive injury recovery.

After missing a significant amount of time with a cruciate knee ligament injury sustained during his Premier League debut against Nottingham Forest, Timber showed resiliency by playing for 45 minutes and scoring in Arsenal’s under-21 match against Blackburn.

Timber’s teammates are thrilled about his homecoming, and they have already messaged him to express their support. Timber expressed his excitement for a return to the starting lineup by saying, “Oh yeah, I can’t wait.” It will be enjoyable because the boys have already started contacting me.”

With mixed feelings, Timber reflected on his return to fitness and said, “To be honest, I still don’t really know how to feel, but just being out there feels amazing.”

Timber is upbeat about Arsenal’s chances despite his absence, highlighting their fortitude in the face of previous setbacks. “I think we’re doing really well,” he said. The past few weeks have been difficult; we are clearly no longer in the Champions League, but we are still competitive.”

Timber’s magnificent goal on his comeback to play was a unique accomplishment that he called “amazing” and credited to his rehabilitation period’s hard work.

Although Timber will not play in Arsenal’s next match against Chelsea, fans are excited at the prospect of seeing him either in the North London derby against Tottenham or in the team’s next match on May 4 against Bournemouth.

Ronald Koeman, the manager of the Netherlands, has seen Timber’s development in addition to club football and is keeping a watch on him in preparation for Euro 2024.

Timber’s comeback should boost Arsenal’s confidence and hopes for a strong season finale as the squad prepares for next big games.
