Looking ahead, Governor Gavin Newsom has announced an ambitious reconstruction plan, likening it to the Marshall Plan in scale, with estimated costs potentially reaching tens of billions of dollars.
Although firefighting efforts are showing promise, meteorologists caution that hazardous fire conditions could resurface next week. Local residents are urged to maintain vigilance and monitor fire zone maps and evacuation notices to ensure their safety.
