The 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 Pro chip has dropped to an all-time low price, which is great news for Apple fans. Expercom, an authorized Apple store, is selling the last-generation MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, a 12-core CPU, and a 19-core GPU on Amazon for $1,998.99, down $500.

This sale follows Apple’s announcement of the upcoming “Let Loose” event and substantial reductions on the M3-powered 13-inch MacBook Air series.

Despite being last-generation, these MacBook Pros are great for demanding jobs such as video editing and photo processing, with battery life lasting far into the workday. They include the same gorgeous Mini LED display as newer models and a good port selection that includes Thunderbolt 4 connectors, HDMI-out, and an SD card slot.

While the latest M3 MacBook Pros have greater speed and RAM, the M2 Pro versions continue to deliver an excellent combination of performance and efficiency, particularly at this incredible price.
