Former Arizona State quarterback Jaden Rashada has committed to Georgia, marking a huge move for the Bulldogs. Kirby Smart’s desire for a robust quarterback roster has been realized with this arrival.

Rashada, who missed the majority of his freshman year due to a knee injury, brings four years of eligibility to Georgia. Despite his limited playing experience, his early performances with the Sun Devils demonstrate his promise.

Rashada started the first two games for Arizona State and completed 44 of 82 passes for 485 yards and four touchdowns. Despite obstacles due to injuries, he is set to make a comeback following thumb surgery.

The Pittsburgh native was highly regarded coming out of high school, with Rivals ranking him as the nation’s eleventh pro-style quarterback. His route to Georgia includes commitments to Miami and Florida before settling on Arizona State.

Rashada now joins Georgia’s excellent quarterback room, providing depth alongside Carson Beck, Gunner Stockton, and Ryan Puglisi.

Stay tuned for additional information about Rashada’s effect as a Bulldog and the upcoming season’s expectations.
